Plain Weave Wire Cloth
Standard over-under weave for general filtration and screening applications across mesh counts 4 to 500.
Twill Weave Wire Cloth
Two-over-two-under weave for finer mesh counts (200-500) requiring higher strength and tighter tolerances.
Dutch Weave
Fine wire weft with coarser warp for filtration of fine particles while maintaining high flow rate.
Reverse Dutch Weave (RDW)
Maximum filtration rating with high mechanical strength. Ideal for polymer melt filtration below 25 microns.
Wire Mesh Discs

Selection Guide
Filtration Applications
Match mesh count to particle size: 80-100 mesh for coarse, 150-200 for medium, 325+ for fine filtration.
Polymer Melt
Use 304 or 316 SS for most polymers. Hastelloy for corrosive or specialty resins. RDW for sub-25 micron melt filtration.
Weave Type Selection
Plain weave for general use; Dutch weave for high flow + fine filtration; RDW for maximum precision.
