Selection Guide

Standard Virgin Resin

D2 or HSS blades are economical for clean, unfilled polymer feedstocks with moderate throughput.

Abrasive / Filled Resins

Tungsten carbide blades recommended for glass, mineral, or carbon-fiber loadings above 10%.

HiCon Series

BKG HiCon uses specific blade geometry. Confirm model number before ordering to ensure fit.

Blade and Die Plate

Always evaluate die plate condition when replacing blades. Worn plate face reduces pellet quality with new blades.

Frequently Asked Questions
